Ikat & Oiale – levend erfgoed in beweging
Ikat & Oiale – Living Heritage in Motion is a programme involving 21 creators who come together to discover, create and share stories. Through a series of workshops, an in-depth study and a closing event, we explore the significance of the Moluccan symbol Oiale, ikat weaving, and our relationship with water and the River IJ in Amsterdam.
The exhibition and the Opening Event will take place at the weaving studio of Weaving Worlds.
Date: Friday, November 6th (Opening Event on 17:00) and Saturday, November 7th 12:00-16:00

EXHIBITION
We are happy to announce our participation at the Dutch Design Week 2026! We are exhibiting our new collection of furnitures, made from repurposed materials, old techniques, crafts and kumihimo cord as binding element.
Demonstration of Kumihimo cords will also be presented in the same exhibition space. We are looking forward to meeting you there!
